Important Notice: These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and vip188. 1 Definitions

- "WIB" means Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), which is the default reference time zone for all Platform operations, scheduled events, and customer service hours unless otherwise stated.
2 Eligibility
Access to and use of the vip188 Platform is strictly subject to the following eligibility requirements:
- You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which your Account remains active.
- You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and automated systems may not register Accounts.
- You must not be listed on any international sanctions list, anti-money-laundering (AML) watch list, or self-exclusion database maintained by vip188 or its compliance partners.
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.

Age Verification: vip188 enforces strict age verification. Any User found to be under 21 years of age will have their Account permanently suspended, all winnings forfeited, and any remaining balance returned to the original deposit method. vip188 actively cooperates with authorities to prevent underage gambling.
3 Account Registration
To access the full range of Services offered by vip188, Users must register a personal Account. The following terms govern the registration process:
- Each User is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, different names, or different device profiles — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
- You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact number. vip188 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the information provided.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. vip188 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
- vip188 may require Users to complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before processing any withdrawal request. KYC documentation typically includes a government-issued photo ID (e.g., KTP, SIM, Paspor) and proof of address issued within the prior 90 days.
- Accounts that have been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months may be subject to a maintenance fee of Rp 50.000 per month deducted from any remaining balance, or may be closed at vip188's discretion following written notice to the registered email address.
4 Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the vip188 Platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The following terms apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity:
4.1 Deposits
- vip188 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
- The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and Account tier.
- Deposits are credited to your Account in real time or within a maximum of 5 minutes following successful bank confirmation. Any deposit not reflected within 15 minutes should be reported to the vip188 support team with the relevant transfer receipt.
- vip188 does not impose a deposit processing fee. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may charge independent transfer fees, for which vip188 accepts no responsibility.
- All deposit funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be reversed and may trigger an Account security review.
4.2 Withdrawals
- The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum withdrawal limits are subject to Account verification status and tier.
- Withdrawal requests from fully verified Accounts are processed within an average of 3 minutes. During high-volume periods or following flagged transactions, processing may extend to a maximum of 24 hours.
- Withdrawals must be directed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the Account holder's verified name. vip188 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
- vip188 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal that triggers internal risk or AML screening thresholds.
- Bonus balances must satisfy applicable wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the bonus portion.
vip188 does not charge withdrawal fees. All amounts credited to your designated account represent the full withdrawal amount as requested, subject to any applicable bonus wagering adjustments.
6 Betting & Gaming Rules
The following rules apply to all bets and wagers placed on the vip188 Platform across all product types, including sports betting, live dealer games, togel draws, and slot gacor titles:
- All bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation. vip188 reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors, in which case affected bets will be settled at the corrected price or voided at vip188's discretion.
- Bets that have been accepted and confirmed by the Platform are final and non-cancellable, except where vip188 explicitly provides a cash-out or bet-edit feature for a specific market.
- In the event that a sporting event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, vip188 will apply the settlement rules specific to each sport and market type as set out in the Platform's Sports Betting Rules documentation.
- vip188 reserves the right to void, suspend, or reverse any bet where there is reasonable evidence of match-fixing, event manipulation, or any other form of sporting integrity breach.
- Maximum payout limits apply per event and per day. Maximum single-event payout is Rp 500.000.000 for sports betti
ng markets unless a higher limit has been agreed in writing with vip188's VIP team.
- All casino games, including slot gacor titles and live dealer tables, use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) audited by independent third-party laboratories. Results are statistically fair and cannot be influenced by the Platform or any third party.
- Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require a minimum of three (3) selections and are subject to the standard accumulator settlement rules outlined in the Sports Betting Rules documentation available on the Platform.
7 Responsible Gaming
vip188 is committed to promoting a safe and controlled gaming environment. We provide the following tools to help members manage their gaming activity responsibly:
- Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on their Account at any time via Account Settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
- Loss Limits: Members may set maximum loss thresholds over defined periods. Once a loss limit is reached, the Account will be restricted from placing further bets until the limit period resets.
- Session Time Reminders: Members may configure automatic session alerts at 30-minute, 1-hour, or custom intervals to promote awareness of time spent on the Platform.

8 Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vip188 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:
- Registering more than one Account, or assisting any other person to register a duplicate Account.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
- Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime.
- Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or pricing anomalies to obtain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
- Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets on the Platform without vip188's prior written consent.
- Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting, or any systematic strategy specifically designed to exploit bonus offers without genuine gaming intent, as determined by vip188 in its sole discretion.
- Threatening, harassing, or abusing vip188 staff or other members through any communication channel.
- Attempting to circumvent any security measure, geo-restriction, or access control implemented on the Platform.
- Sharing, selling, or transferring your Account or Account credentials to any third party.
9 Intellectual Property
All content on the vip188 Platform — including but not limited to logos, brand marks, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of vip188 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants Users any right, license, or interest in any such intellectual property.
You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, or create derivative works from any vip188 content without express prior written consent from vip188. Unauthorized use of vip188's intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability under applicable law.
Third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Pocket Games Soft, and others retain all intellectual property rights in their respective game titles. Use of those games through the Platform is subject to each studio's applicable end-user license terms.
10 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, vip188 expressly excludes all liability for:
- Any loss of profits, revenue, business, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect, arising from your use of the Platform.
- Interruptions to the Platform caused by scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, third-party infrastructure failures, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond vip188's reasonable control.
- Any unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
- The conduct, content, or services of any third-party payment provider, game studio, or data feed supplier integrated into the Platform.
- Any betting or gaming decision made by a User, including decisions based on information published on the Platform that subsequently proves inaccurate.
In any event, vip188's aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User during the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim giving rise to liability.
Nothing in this clause operates to limit vip188's liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
11 Account Suspension & Termination
vip188 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity associated with the Account.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by vip188's compliance team.
- Receipt of a legal order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request requiring Account action.
- Discovery that the Account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Clause 2.
Upon Account closure initiated by vip188 for cause, any bonus balances and associated wagering-requirement-derived funds will be forfeited. Verified real-money deposit balances that are not subject to forfeiture will be returned to the Account holder's verified payment method within 14 business days, subject to any applicable regulatory hold.
Users wishing to close their own Account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting the vip188 support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 48 hours. Any remaining eligible balance will be refunded to the verified payment method on file.
12 Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which vip188 holds its primary operating license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be resolved through the following process:
- Informal Resolution: In the first instance, Users must contact the vip188 customer support team at [email protected] to attempt informal resolution. vip188 will respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days (WIB).
- Escalation: If informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days of the initial complaint, either party may escalate the dispute to vip188's designated compliance officer for formal review.
- Arbitration: Should the formal review process fail to produce a satisfactory resolution, disputes will be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed international arbitration body. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
Nothing in this clause prevents vip188 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in relation to any breach or threatened breach of these Terms.
13 Amendments
vip188 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, vip188 will notify registered Users via the email address on file and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform for a period of not less than 7 days prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure as described in Clause 11.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made.
